Quick and easy
Pennymac gave us a much better rate than others were offering and was able to get us the cash out we wanted. They were very responsive to questions and did their best to explain things that were unclear. A lot of the documentation requests were repeated multiple times, apparently because the requests are automatic, even when they didn't apply to my situation or they didn't exist. Otherwise, I was pleased with the process.
Communication between the internal team, Lamara was great!
