It was a fast, painless process to refinance our mortgage!
Eric Gutman my agent was AWESOME and the reason I chose to refinance. Emeldo was very professional just not very knowledgeable. He listened quietly when I would discuss concerns or issues but did not let me know things to be on look out for or expect such as the title company sending me a document to sign or getting the VA Appraisal scheduled which took almost a month to do.
