1.- on long waiting time from some processes, a call/message to confirm the process was still moving would be appreciated. In some instances I was calling to ask for the status. 2.- I receive payment stubs in Spanish language since I work on a Mexico based company; on previous mortgage refinance, it was good enough with them and a call to my boss.
