PennyMac has always been awesome when I bought & when I refinanced. However, Initially this time communication was not good, however after I was able to speak with Jenny it was much better. Jenny is great!
My documents were put in a strange file and requested several times. Each time I called I was told by several different people that yes they were there but I kept getting emails asking for them again and again. This delayed the process for 3 weeks. I think it would be better if you actually spoke to just 1 person when you call not just anyone who answers the phone.
Anfernee was great, it was just stressful to get the correct numbers finalized that the initial contact had quoted.
Tony responded to my questions in a timely manner. He also followed up regularly to keep me updated on the progress of the loan.
