On single person of contact who knew what they were talking about and a more accurate and user friendly web portal instead of multiple people leaving condescending messages demanding documents I had already submitted several times and every time I logged onto the web portal it said I had submitted everything. The whole process was a complicated, stressful nightmare and I felt like no matter who I talked to I couldn’t any of my questions answered.
