The experience
It was an unnervingly simple process. Alberto helped me feel a little bit better about this process that really expected to be more difficult.
The process took way longer than expected. Document requests kept coming. Should have communicated all the document needs up front. Molly was helpful. The closing was complicated and there were delays that nearly collapsed the process
Some of the email and login communications were a little tricky
This process was straightforward and easy from the very start. My refi closed yesterday, under a month after I started the process and I couldn't be happier. Thank you PennyMac.
