The communication between your internal compartments and myself was broken. If this could be repaired I think you guys would be excellent.
Erica’s weekly communication was excellent. We didn’t feel lost during the process. We knew every step of the process. It took longer than expected but overall it was a great and smooth process.

Esign confusing! Sent several docs more than once. Some personnel did not follow through as to who had which docs. Glad it's finished.
This was my first refi and everyone made it easy
The only thing I can suggest is that there were emails asking for things I already submitted, and in the status section it was asking me to sign physical documents, which wasn't required.
He promptly communicated before arriving and after arriving took his time to explain the documents. We didn’t feel rushed or hurried. He answered our questions with no issues.
