When I received the closing costs online it showed I owed money at closing and I had been told that I would not have to pay anything in the beginning. When I called about it it took several days for someone to get back to me.
Poor communication at the beginning of process. Loan was supposed to close on the 3rd of Dec. and ended up closing several weeks later. Communication was frustrating to none after the first closing was a bust. However got better as time went on.
