You very professionally
Everardo Zaragoza was very helpful and in a timely manner. Some of the people or procedures in his support staff need some help/improvements. Ad lib answers are troublesome. For me the web site where documents are transmitted needs a lot of human engineering.

Don't change your numbers. One day received two demand for payoff letters, each with different numbers. Notary shows up and has different numbers than the closing estimate. No communication beforehand on why this would be.
Carlton Blood was the worst loan processor ever. I would never refer anyone to work with him. The Staff in California is much better than the other center. If not for that staff I would have left Penny MAC.
