Good experience
You all did a good job. I would recommend overestimate the mortgage payment (taxes and PMI).
Overall was a great and easy process
The process would have been better if thame parties involved payed close attention to the documents that were requested and if the process that was laid out initially had been followed. I would not highly recommend this process as I experienced it.
Poor Communication, the length of time to close, the cash to close changing due to the delay
