My loan officer Kiera was extra helpful with answering all the questions I had.
Well organized!
Sandi McMillian was always available to address any concerns or to explain the process. The only issue I did have was with the Title Company they took very long to get things rolling and to me it could have been lack of experience.
I never met or talked with my loan officer. I left messages and was promised that my loan officer would call me back and never did.
It was easy to do it.
Everything was clearly communicated and the team was very helpful. It was very seamless and a positive experience.
