Nothing went wrong on pennymac's end but the title company could have gone better during closing seeing as how the title agent drove his car though my lawn...
We are happy with the overall experience of refinancing our home mortgage.
The process was logical and although there were a couple of unexpected delays, overall the process worked flawlessly. This is the main issue. We had a prior offer to refinance our mortgage with someone else, and PennyMac's performance level was definitely superior to their service level.
Process amd interest rate was really competitive with market
