Great service! Our closing ended up being late due to some communication issues at Pennymac between departments, but Joe was always in communication with us.

Refinance process was expedited in a timely manner and all questions of concern was answered to my satisfaction.
Just wish I had used a different company to initiate the loan, not Taras doing. More so the other loan officer I did not enjoy working with. Had a better overall experience with Homestar financial on my first loan.
