Great service! Our closing ended up being late due to some communication issues at Pennymac between departments, but Joe was always in communication with us.
I appreciated all the communication and friendliness of The associates at PenniMac.

When I talked to the initial male on the phone the only thing he said it was going to cost me was a hundred dollar application fee. Failed to say I would pay almost 8K in closing cost. Also said it would lower my interest rate. My interest rate is actually higher. He said I would save money but didn’t understand how. I took the word of your company.
Just wish I had used a different company to initiate the loan, not Taras doing. More so the other loan officer I did not enjoy working with. Had a better overall experience with Homestar financial on my first loan.
Overall this was a fairly simple process
