Seamless and quick.
Tynisha Robinson told me over the phone I would NOT have to include my wife on the closing docs since it was a VA Loan.. The appraisal company that was sent out was the worst appraisal person I've ever dealt with he did a horrible appraisal because he was just so busy and didn't have time to do it properly but on my end I'm stuck with his decision which was absolutely unprofessional
