Someone messed up on our application and was about to shut down our refi without even telling us! Sandi stepped in and saved the day and expedited the entire process. She was the best.
Just to be clear for my response, they were based off of not recalling having any communication with you. I only spoke to the one person, when I called to get the loan. Otherwise I did not recall speaking or working with you.
In the end, all good.
The appraisal company that was sent out was the worst appraisal person I've ever dealt with he did a horrible appraisal because he was just so busy and didn't have time to do it properly but on my end I'm stuck with his decision which was absolutely unprofessional
