Just to be clear for my response, they were based off of not recalling having any communication with you. I only spoke to the one person, when I called to get the loan. Otherwise I did not recall speaking or working with you.

Great service! Our closing ended up being late due to some communication issues at Pennymac between departments, but Joe was always in communication with us.

When I talked to the initial male on the phone the only thing he said it was going to cost me was a hundred dollar application fee. Failed to say I would pay almost 8K in closing cost. Also said it would lower my interest rate. My interest rate is actually higher. He said I would save money but didn’t understand how. I took the word of your company.
