Mr. Paider lacks the ability to communicate to consumers his intent. In order to communicate with any entity. One must be able to speak the apposing language. Dialogue, dialect and terminology included.
The payouts at the end were not even close to being accurate. They sent me checks to pay off my credit cards and the amount on the checks were based on balances that were 2 months out of date, which created problems for me. I was told at the beginning that the credit cards would be paid electronically at there current balance.

Able to get your loan rep on the phone when you call with questions. Always got voicemail.
Better communication
Tynisha was very patient with me; I had no idea what some of the documents were that they were asking for, and they did their best to explain them to me and to help me find out who else would have the documents, since I in many cases did not have them.

She was very lovely and knowledgeable. The signing process was quick.
Let the customer talk to the same person. Every time i called, someone else answered and didn't know what was going on and gave me incorrect information. Changes were made to my closing documents and were not communicated with me. Please improve communication and customer service
