The payouts at the end were not even close to being accurate. They sent me checks to pay off my credit cards and the amount on the checks were based on balances that were 2 months out of date, which created problems for me. I was told at the beginning that the credit cards would be paid electronically at there current balance.

The entire process for our mortgage loan went smoothly. I recommend working with PennyMac! Communication was phenomenal and as customers we felt that we were taken seriously and made a priority in having our needs met.

The entire experience was easy. I was not super happy that I had to right a $400+ check at closing, when I was told that closing was included in the documents.
