Austin was difficult to reach, we received inaccurate information (that I as the customer was the only person who could request closing documents to be sent, but then we called back and were told that wasn't true), documents were requested multiple times on the same email chain that were already attached, closing date got pushed back because PennyMac thought they didn't have the documents when they actually did, etc.
Great to work with. Laid everything out from the get go, no underlying fees or hidden costs. Would definitely work with again!
