My frustration came from things being put in the portal and then I would get email after email to get them done. Except I had already done them. I did this with my son and we both got request and they didn’t always cancel each other out. At times this was very frustrating. I didn’t like that I would be ask to sign something but then it really wasn’t necessary. It is a process and I survived it.
All my questions were answer timely and clearly. Phone calls were returned quickly with a response.
Accurate information and timely communication. The one request I made was not respected, I am unsure if that is on PennyMACs side or the title company. I am not happy with the title company either. I tried calling during signing because the paper work was missing a portion I expected to be there, the person with the title company was already gone for the day. I left a message and I have not received a call back. Super poor communication and this mistake is actually very unpactful on my wellbeing.
Consistent and effective processes and communication would have made the experience pleasant. An overhaul and further look into the barriers of inefficiency are needed and quickly.

+From the begining of the loan process to the end, Pennymac answered all are questions. Their tec-support people walked us through all our technical questions and were very patient with us. All the people we communicated with respect and courtesy
Sometimes I’d go longer than a week without an update.
I explicitly requested that only Austin be the person making outbound calls to me. I subsequently received 3 outbound calls from people who were not Austin. In fact, I never heard from Austin again. Closing expectations were a mess. I spoke to 3 people, all of whom told me 3 different things and did not explain anything accurately. Except for Frank and Ashton. They are good employees
