Communication was clear, everyone was available on the phone when called, never put on hold and the online portal was easy to use.
quick and easy, loved how concise everything was.
Someone who was familiar with VA loans handled my loan, if communication was better, and it didn’t take over a month. I got everything in as requested and I feel the reasons it took so long was there wasn’t good communication and people experienced with how VA loans work as well as military. I have refinanced once and had 3 VA loans at other companies and never have they taken this long.
