Didn't like that after initial contact with loan officer I was thrown in to a maze of portals and help by committe.
I have been with PennyMac for 5 years and decided to refinance my loan with them as well, after checking out another company. PennyMac made my process very easy. If I had any questions they were answered and when I called (even when I hung up before someone could answer) I received a call back. My closing process was quick and easy as well.
Great experience overall - responsive and quick to answer questions.
