We had a rough start with another loan admin but Nicholas Hagan stepped in and was a superstar!!! He really would check in constantly even if he did not have any document or information requests. He wanted to just let me know he was paying attention to my file and loan. Nick Hagan is amazing and everyone should ask for his help! Great work PennyMac and Nick!
Best refi experience ever. Can’t believe how quick especially during COVID. Staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. Closing was safe. Automated systems were easy to use, accurate, and efficient.
It was easy, and very understandable. When questions came up they were answered right if way. When we were presented with the incorrect settlement amounts and I brought it to the teams attention the issue was resolved right if way.
Absolutely great service and communication. Each person was professional and courteous and patient. I would recommend Penny Mac to my family and friends. The process was simplified and all documentation was easily obtained or transmitted online.
Nick was supportive as possible. He came in at the end of the process, so no blame on him. My problem is with the loan officer Lymar Cole. At the beginning of the process I was told one thing and as the process continue to go forward the Loan officer and the loan processor were horrible. There was little to no communication. I leave voice message and email no response. When there was a response, he would promised to return calls and doesn’t. Initially during the application period I was lied to.
The process was very easy and almost effortless. I called and talked to many professionals who were all friendly, courteous, and helpful; any questions I had were answered promptly, and the overall customer service was outstanding. thank you to all who participated in my refi!
I am at a loss for words but the experience I had with PennyMac will be something I will never forget. So there is no confusion I mean the worst way possible.
I was a little confused about the spelling of my name on the documents. Some were with intial, some short name, and some a combination of both.
