The loan didn't close in the time I expected, it was WAY FASTER! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Please give Nick Hagan a raise because he truly deserves it! I never had to call PennyMac for a status update or to ask questions because he kept me informed through the entire process regardless if there was a status change or not. Phenomenal Nick!!!!!!! Very efficient and helpful, doing loan or even refi-loan paperwork is rarely fun but this went smooth, and was done fast
Eveeryone was very professional and responsive to our needs and questions.
When requesting the loan it was not explained to me that we were paying to buy points and no other options were presented to us. Nicholas would call at odd times to secure the opportunity to leave a message. When we could answer, he reciting the same message and was quick to try to hang up not asking if we we had any questions when we did to which he seemed annoyed. We had to reach out to Billy ourselves for questions. He then stopped calling and would just send emails. Very unprofessional.
The consistent and professional communication from the PennyMac team was very appreciated. All members of the team were courteous and very patient with any questions I had while providing clear direct answers. I would definitely recommend PennyMac to my friends and family.
