The loan didn't close in the time I expected, it was WAY FASTER! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Please give Nick Hagan a raise because he truly deserves it! I never had to call PennyMac for a status update or to ask questions because he kept me informed through the entire process regardless if there was a status change or not. Phenomenal Nick!!!!!!!
