Went faster than I thought.
Nathan was very informative, pleasant to work with, responded to questions quickly, and was personable. He assisted in guiding me on the information I requested and questions I asked. I have already referred pennymac to a couple friends and one family member for refinancing.
Mr Nathan Hoffman was great to work with. Any time I had a question or concern he would promptly reach out to me and explain what I didn’t understand. The rating I gave is strictly based off my interaction with Mr. Hoffman.
The sales team was great in helping me decide to go ahead and refinance once it was handed over to Mr Winkler and his staff everything seemed to go pretty smooth and everything was as expected great job
