The whole experience was as painless as possible.
We were in a different state from PennyMac and they made it very easy to get an experienced notary to come to our house in order to quickly execute all of our documents. It made the process very easy.
Fast and easy
I began the process in January this year, didn’t hear anything from anyone until The middle of March when I spent an hour on hold asking why I received to payoff demand statements in the mail. Customer service connected me to my loan officer who informed me the previous person handling my loan had left. I reviewed documents with him and then at closing I had to write $400 check and I was told I was bringing nothing to close. It has just been very disconnected communication by everyone.
Joe was very quick, professional, courteous!
Everyone kept me informed and the process was smooth and painless.
