All personnel (Jason and Sara) I dealt with through the process were patient with questions and helpful.
All things went smoothly. All the people I communicated with were very polite and professional.

All went well, it was smoothly handle and almost everything was online. People I spoke with like Myesha Allen and Andrew Reta were pleasant and helpful. All was great until I read the statement "By submitting you authorize the sharing of your name, rating and review on social media and other webpages." I do not wish my name to be shared on social media and other webpages, but did want to give feedback for the people who helped process my refi. Please do not share my personal information.
