Great experience right off the bat with loan officer Marlon Bivens who took his time to educate us on the overall process and had the patient of a saint answering our many questions. The loan processing support we received was also outstanding! We always had someone to speak with even when it wasnt our assigned loan processor. It was a quick process with helpful resources to answer our questions throughout the process.
Great experience, and professional service.
Expectations of timeline to close we're not communicated clearly, the loan process got hung up in tittle for ever and had to get escalated to supervisors twice, and I felt if we hadn't called and pushed for help several times and explanations were weak and tittle processing was a black hole with no visibility. We provide all our documents early, paid for appraisal early and the tittle processing communications were none existent.
