Our refinance on our home went very well! While there were a few hiccups and it delayed the process a tad, it was still a relatively smooth process and we are happy with the results.

The appraisal company that was sent out was the worst appraisal person I've ever dealt with he did a horrible appraisal because he was just so busy and didn't have time to do it properly but on my end I'm stuck with his decision which was absolutely unprofessional
