I already filled out this survey back October/ November of 2021, please stop with the emails of redoing this survey. I remember working with several reps at the time not just Brittany every and one was great. I didn’t give a perfect score because I had to keep telling reps my last name needed to be corrected on the documents.
Jon Paider was great. Biggest problem was he was the third person we had to work with to get the process completed. Also, I felt the process this time was much more complicated and strenuous than when we did it two years prior. I felt like so much more paperwork was needed this time that I know I didn't do the first time. Maybe I'm wrong. But this experience didn't dissuade me from working with Jon or PennyMac going forward.

Nothing went wrong on pennymac's end but the title company could have gone better during closing seeing as how the title agent drove his car though my lawn...
