The BEST office, BEST care...as usual.
Needed a quick appointment to get a crown put back in place. Office was able to get me in within an hour of my call. Dentist was able to complete the procedure while also attending to regular work schedule.
Nicole is always excellent in what she does. She's gentle, patient and thorough. She's friendly and takes the time to explain what she's doing and to answer any questions I have. I actually look forward to having her clean my teeth!
As Always the staff is friendly and they have very accomodating appt times.
As usual, she's the best!!
Ok, so I'm probly like more than half of the population when it comes to procrastinating on dentist visits. Maybe because it's been so long since I visited one. Fear of the unknown, etc. Well, my mom was referred to Penrod Dental Care & she LOVES it. Can't stop talking about them & the amazing service. First appointment at Penrod Dental and it was a great experiance as they made me feel comfortable and well informed of all that they were doing.
This was my first time meeting Dr Flores and Jane. I am a nervous patient, and they both made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. I am very pleased with Dr Flores' work and my whole experience.
The entire staff is great, but I would like to give special props to the newest edition to the office-Dr Jeff Flores, positively the best dentist I have had the pleasure of knowing. Kind, gentle, thourough and knowledgeable.5 Star Rating all the way!
