Drove almost 8 hours to this dealership and they texted me the truck was sold. Sales manager and salesman knew I was coming which I personally spoke to both. Texted salesman that I was on my way. Not professional at all told me they would make me a great deal on another truck. No deal, more expensive. Not trustworthy at all. Stay away and save the grief…
Responded then became aggressive and annoying. I decide who gets my business and how I'm gonna spend my money, no salesperson can ever make me buy anything I don't want to. I spoke to a manager about it,, and was told they have a "call till you buy or die" policy. Peoria Ford is now dead to me, I hope they never call me again! That attitude is crazy and unprofessional . They suck.
They list multiple trucks they don’t have and the truck they do have they can’t sell for several months.
When there to look at a Ford Edge with 16k miles, the car was in rough shape. I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time and the car was pulled up ready to test drive except for the partial flat tire. The car wasn’t clean, I told the sales manager I had to leave soon, and they gave me a hard time about returning the keys to my car which they had just appraised.
I arrived at the dealership this morning after getting an out the door, line by line total from dealer yesterday. I drive the car, then sit down at a desk. A "manager" comes in and tells me they "forgot" to add $1600 shop charges to the total price of the car. Whoops. This is unethical. I got up and left immediately.
Everything was fine until I get home on my Tacoma somebody at the dealership cover the roof of the truck with wax so in my way home in Tucson rain and the wax washed and the roof was white because sun damage they covered to sell the truck that is a scam I call them they say the sell manager will call me back to arrange something and he never did they are scammers be careful
As it turns out the ADVERTISED price of the vehicle was not what they were actually selling the vehicle for...the "jacked" price was $1500.00 more then advertised....LOL, LOL
15’ Ford f 150 listed at 20,900 does not exist. Made an appointment, rep told me they would have vehicle pulled up. Confirmed with the rep day of that he said vehicle was on property, confirmed a few features for me. I drove 45 minutes to get to the appointment and the vehicle magically wasn’t there. Where do I start! Buying a truck, especially a Raptor is a big purchase and took me some time to determine if i wanted to pull the trigger and move forward. When i did contact the dealership and let them know i wanted to move forward, all the sudden the price jumped up $3,000 from the OG $. Funny how that happens! The Sales man was super short with me and honestly only cared about the sale and not the overall customer experience.
