I found this vehicle on Cargurus and called the dealership wanting to make an appointment to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. The salesman and I agreed on a day and time and I even spoke to his supervisor. I live 80 miles away and had planned to buy the vehicle if I liked it after the test drive. After negotiating a price and looking at the truck I was told there was a $4,800 add on. I asked for what and they couldnt explain. Then told me the truck wasnt for sale and showed me the door. Salesman calls me a few days later asking me if i was interested but couldnt confirm if the truck was for sale or not...shady place with shady games. Buyer be aware!
Very rude staff. Salesman had no clue about the vehicle I was looking at and was not helpful in the buying process. Will not go back to this dealership ever
Salesman promised one price out the door and then raised it $7000 when I asked him to put it in writing.
Car wasn’t there and the posted it the next day for purchase wasted my time and they tried getting me into something else I didn’t want.
When we sat down to do the deal they added about $4000 in hidden options and RO’s Very deceptive I left and bought elsewhere
Very high pressure and there 100 point check wasn’t very good 2 days after we bought the battery died found out the positive post was broken and had to replace at my cost
Underhanded and no sense of loyalty or fairness. They only want to sell a car. I specifically stated to them that I had my own financing and would put down a deposit because “I did not want to lose this car”. How much clearer can you get? They still sold it out from under me without even telling me until they started running numbers on my trade. I had 5 different people call me on the same day. Obviously internal communication is lacking. They did list a car that was perfect for me. My credit union loan officer looked it up and approved. I spoke with at least 4 people the morning I was going to look at it and test drive. My loan officer had 1 more question. I planned on buying that day.
