Pepe was very helpful finding a house for our college son. Pepe took his time and showed our son several homes. We live several hours away and relied heavily on his knowledge to find the right fit!

Pepe always was on time, had great knowledge of homes and local areas, would always send new homes as soon as they hit the market so you could get first look, his communication was outstanding as well as being flexible with scheduling. Overall I would highly recommend Pepe for searching for homes.

I had never gone through this process before and Pepe was there to help all the way—he never once laughed at any of my crazy questions, well he laughed with me! He was able to recommend professionals when I needed work that needed to be done. Pepe even helped me get some of the work done himself. I would certainly recommend Pepe to others needing a great realtor!
