Pepe Miranda was very knowledgeable and was able to make our home purchase a breeze. Being first time home owners, he was able to guide us and make us feel very comfortable with the process. He made sure we understood, and took the time the time to explain everything in detail to what we did not understand. Not only did he do a good job with his service, but he was able to recommend us to our lender who was great as well. Mr. Miranda was the most disrespectful realtor I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with! He refused to setup the tour for the house I requested to see and he told me that I should instead wait for him to send me a list of homes that HE feels would work for me and my family! This was our first time speaking! What gives him the right to tell a customer what houses they are allowed to choose from without knowing anything about the customer except the sound of their voice!
