Phenomenal realtor. He made everything quick and easy from start to finish. When we eventually sell we will be using Pepe 100%. He negotiated for us, provided an unbiased opinion, and connected us with any and everybody that we needed or might need for our home.
From my experience with Pepe, I say he is the BEST realtor a person could have! He was beyond helpful. He works hard! He suggested multiple things I needed to do before putting the house on the market and he helped get them done. I had moved out of state so he shopped for the new appliances and was there when they were delivered. He even made adjustments to the cabinets to accommodate the new appliances. Pepe was Amazing! He help me through the process, answered all my questions, and explained the things I didn't understand. Most importantly though, he made me feel important. He was a pleasure to work with! I am so thankful he was my Agent!

Pepe was awesome.. He answered all my concerns. He helped our family find a great home spacious, big yard, one level and good neighborhood. We had a fabulous experience. :)
He helped show us multiple houses and helped negotiate the prices very well. He was also key in helping us buy things for the house. He went above and beyond meeting up in the middle of a snow storm because we really wanted to see the house.
