Anyone who asks me about buying or selling a house I send them To Pepe! He helped me from looking to buying weekends, Holidays, and after hours. He even helped me find a bank with the best rates and explained everything I needed to do. Walked me through the whole process. Great guy more of my Friend now instead of my salesman or Realitor.

Pepe came recommended to me by a friend and was absolutely phenomenal. He listened to what my wife and I were looking for and gave recommendations inside of those parameters. Incredibly patient during the process and helped point out the pros and cons on some of the properties that we hadn’t noticed. He will be my go-to when it’s time for our next house and I would recommend him to anyone.

He was amazing. When we looked at a house he would tell us l how he felt about it and the condition it was really in. He knew what he was talking about and he was quick to getting back tonus even with a full schedule. I would recommend Pepe every time. Even now he still checks in with us after we closed on the house. When we buy our next house I'm hoping we can get Pepe again.

Pepe is the person who answers your call willingly, listens to your needs and works with your specific situation. Through the couple offers and negotiations, he always kept me up to date and was never bothered with my questions. If he did not know the answer, he would find out and call me right back; I appreciated his honesty and not being surprised with something last minute. Working with Pepe was a wonderful experience. He helped find and buy my first home I couldn't have done it without him. He is very knowledgeable of the Topeka area and showed me tons of homes in my price range and with the things I wanted.
