Danny is one of the most responsive consultants I have worked with. He is extremely attentive, always checking in with me to make sure things were moving along. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn't hesitate to call or shoot me an email when he thinks that rates might be moving in my favor. He is very thorough, pro-active and personable and I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage consultant.

Danny is Great !!! He helped my husband and I refi with little effort on our part. He has the knowledge to answer all question you will have concerning your loan. He has such a great personality that it is a pleasure to talk to him. Whatever he tells you, you can depend on it..... Danny is a real class act!!!

Danny went above and beyond to help me address my needs and worked with me during some horrendous circumstances to get the job done. He was not just a service provider but I would be glad to have him as a friend. I was very pleased with refinancing my home through Perennial. I worked with Ryan Christiansen. Ryan explained everything to me in layman's terms, answered all of my questions, was patient and easy to talk with. There was a major error on my closing documents. I called Ryan and he was on it immediately. My closing date changed as a result of the error, but Ryan had things corrected and moving to ensure everything remained on track and there was no financial backlash. I highly recommend Perennial to anyone.

I was impressed with John's tenacity in trying to find a VA loan that might work for me. Although the numbers for a refi did not close for me, he offered a very attractive offer. His help and knowledge were very appreciated.
