I felt like I was having my hand held by a friend through the process. I learned how to do lots of things with my printer/fax, cell phone and computer and I got lots of help from Jordan..

John was very professional and helpful, the process was longer than I thought . The Govt. changed the rules as we were in the process ofrefinancing . I would be happy to send business his way. The closingof the loan went without any trouble and The figures were as theywere suppose to be. I was very tough on John because of previousloan officers I had worked with. John was a breath of fresh air when itcame to answering my questions.
