Ryan Christiansen was wonderful to work with during our mortgage refinance. He responded almost immediately to any questions or concerns we had. If he was unsure of a the answer, he found out and got back to us very quickly. Our refinance did not exactly go without a few minor bumps in the road, however, the issues were a product of circumstance by outside influence (appraisal took longer than expected and required home inspections paperwork not forwarded promptly). John was on top of things from my very first phone conversation with him.My application was not the easiest by any means, so I really needed someone with a vast creative knowledge of the marketplace and someone that could just get the loan done without any complaints and John did this without hesitation and with great assertiveness.I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will in the future when asked upon.CP

Ryan was more than great. My wife and I had a fairly complicated refinancing mortgage. It involved a farm and was to pay off a private mortgage. Lots of unusual issues. Ryan pursued every last detail, getting zoning information, making sure we could reduce the principle once an estate was settled, just every last detail. Daniel could not have been more helpful in getting me a great rate on my mortgage refinance. He would go out of his way to make sure everything was done in a timely manner, even calling me if I hadn't responded to a time critical email.

John McDonald was very helpful from my first phone call and all through the process. John was very patient, informative and sought and obtained the best plan for me to refinance my FHA loan to a conventional loan. The process went quickly and smoothly. When I called John with a question he either answered the phone or called me back the same day. John was very professional and I would recommend his services without hesitation. Thank you John!

If you're shopping around to refinance your home, then stop, because Dan is the best out there. I must have spoken with 20 different companies but made my decision to work Dan, he had me at hello (sorry for the cheese joke, lol). He was very direct when delivering any information, quick with responses (not sure he sleeps), honest with what my options were and had a great sense of humor (which is important because refinancing is stressful). Several complications came up and I was also heading for surgery. He jumped in handle things and I even closed in my home confined to bed. Can I say more. It went smooth even with the issues that came up. Thank you Jordan.
