I have been going to Perfect Smiles for several years now. The unfortunate aspect is that Perfect Smiles moves its general practice dentists around, or they choose to leave the practice. I have had 3 different GPs in the last 6 years. On the plus side, I feel they've all been very good young dentists, with just enough experience added to good educational backgrounds to provide excellent dentistry. I use to go to My Dentist, but they seemed to have joined forces with Perfect Smiles. Bigger establishment, more staff, still friendly. My only issue is, I had an appointment originally scheduled for 8 or 9 and I was asked to come in at 10:00, but I wasn't seen until 10:30...ummm if you weren't gonna see me until 10:30, I could have arrived at 10:30. Overall, good experience. The fluoride treatment went up to $30 from $25.

I understand that most people before me probably were used to the previous dentist that own the building. I never knew them and I'm pretty sure they are pretty great people, however I can only speak from my experience and Perfect Smiles has the most dedicated professionals I've ever encountered in 40 years!! I have been going here for years. I really like them. Would recommend them. They take my insurance. I really like Sue the hygienist and Dr Rodriguez.

after seeing my dentist today and speaking with him about my cleanings etc he fully explained why and we discussed my treatment plan and he was very gentle when he pulled my tooth and constantly made sure i was doin fine and not in pain.

Greetings, If you are looking for a fantastic Dentist with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Perfect Smiles on Western. Dr. Winters is the absolute best! I've had over 10 dentists in my life and his attention to detail, inviting personality and professionalism ranks him at the very top. Also, the ladies at the front desk are extremely kind and courteous.

I love my experience I had today I had to say something! What A Great Experience. I was looking for A New Dentist Home & I believe I found it. The office is Modern Real nice. The Best part was Dr.Winter, Ami both so professional and nice I felt so comfortable and I loved my visit today! I love how they really explain and told me step by step. I also like how my cleaning wasn't rush. I recommend this Dentist office in the Beverly location to everyone...
