Been a patient of Dr. Getty for 30 years sad to see him go. But I thought I would stay and give this new practice a chance. Every one is very nice Dr. Guliana is gental. The office has been remodeled and does have a very cold Corp. feel I have good dental Ins. But there prices are so high (higher then other dentist in the area) that I always have a. High balance. My appointment was cancelled by the staff even when I got there for my assign appointment. Because it wasn't confirmed. I thought if you don't cancel it's confirmed you will be there, knowing a fee will be charged if I don't show up and a high fee. Who charged $200 if someone can not make it or change appointment. I was told my flipper (temporary denture) was not covered by my insurance so II paid for it out of pocket. I went to another dentist to have my teeth extracted and the flipper would not stay on. I had to get another one made. It turns out my insurance does cover it. I have contacted the dentist to get my money back and to no avail. In addition she had started a crown, but I did not want t go back so I went to another dentist who completed the work, but she charged the crown to my insurance company and got paid for it. ... read more

Someone said a production line, and thats my feeling. I had a previous dentist from this location who retired. This new doctor and company, had a corporate feel. The dentist who took over, was with me for about 5 minutes, never mentioned my connection with the previous doctor. Maybe, new generation Millennial doctor, whose patient/client skills needs a lot of work, and more interested in getting back to her smart phone. I will make sure to tell my circle of colleagues to avoid this place.

Terrible customer service. Good luck trying to get any answers from the staff. There isn't an office manager available to speak to. They give you a generic email address and advise that someone will get in touch with you.

I would not recommend Perfect Smiles to anyone. I was a patient of this establishment and personal dentist (prior the sale to Perfect Smiles) for over thirty years. First of all, the customer service is next to zero and the billing seems something out of outer space. On my second visit after the sale, I arrived early for my appointment and checked in at the front desk. Before I realized it, over 30 minutes had passed and I had not been called. I am also a patient of Dr. Gretty, every since he retired that office has gone to the gutter. I paid cash for an implant and they lost my money, it took them three months to credit my account for that cash transaction. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I would recommend you find a new dentist if you haven't been to GeTty's since his retirement. Not worth the time

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I am a former patient of Dr. Getty. He was the absolute best there ever will be and I am miserable since he retired. Great dentists are hard to come by. Since leaving, perfect smiles have taken over and decided to dive right into renovating and spending loads of money on unneccessary electronics and upgrades. I am a former patient of Dr Getty. I nearly cried when he retired. Great Dentist. I made 1 visit to perfect smiles. The dental assistant sprayed water all over my face. Left my teeth feeling gritty and dry. My appt was with a female dentist, however a man walked in, didn't speak to me, talked only to the assistant and then proceeded to examine my mouth.
