I am a former patient of Dr Getty. I nearly cried when he retired. Great Dentist. I made 1 visit to perfect smiles. The dental assistant sprayed water all over my face. Left my teeth feeling gritty and dry. My appt was with a female dentist, however a man walked in, didn't speak to me, talked only to the assistant and then proceeded to examine my mouth. Dr Getty was my dentist until he retired. I went to perfect smile for a cleaning, when I check out they wanted to charge me. I told them my insurance cover the cleaning and they said I owe for a previous bill. Since I never been to perfect smile before I couldn't owe any monies. I sought out a new dentist these people cannot be trusted you might be charged for anything and not know it.

Before the office/practice was sold everything was great! I rarely waited, and everyone was friendly and felt like family. I have made two visits to the "new practice", and haven't seen the same dentist. The last dentist I saw didn't even take the time to lower his face mask to introduce himself. Not a good impression of a dentist who's face I never saw. They seemed more interested in "upselling". I'm not going to pay for their student loans and all the TV's around the place. Office was great before was sold to this new company. I won't return, along with my wife, son, four in laws and a aunt and uncle. After 20 years, they screwed up my insurance, raised prices and wait time too long. Good luck.
