so far, so great, I didn't think I would get a loan, but, I have. The interest rate is rather high, but, desperation makes you relieved to get what you need. Security measures appear to be very up to date.
The application process was easy, and the additional information they requested was examined and the loan approved within three days. The interest rate is high, but will go down as timely payments are made. Much easier than obtaining a bank loan.
Process was pretty smooth. There are some things that could be fixed about the process. 1. After completion of application it brings you back to main screen and no information is given pertaining to what comes next etc. Though the chat function was easy. The ability to customize repayment schedule is nice. My only gripe is the sky high interest rate. My credit is decent. A few points below prime lending scores and the rate I got was 154% APR. Every day I get notified that my loan has been approved. The next day they need more documents and this has been going on every other day for 2 weeks. I asked them if this was just a way to get more personal information that is not needed to qualify for a loan
Horrible experience and do NOT recommend! I applied online for a loan and was approved. They do ask for access to online banking and that was provided. Loan was approved and funds were to be deposited within 2 business days. No funds yet but they continue to remind me about an upcoming payment. My wife called our bank and discovered that direct deposits must have our account number with a two digit code at the end. If I could give them a negative 5 I would! I get that I may not qualify, that is one thing. But they gave me an online "offer", two in fact. So I choose one, and continued with the application because I had already gotten through the soft inquire and gotten two offers. I then put in all the address infor and bank info, again because I had been given two offers! THEN I get to this page where I now have to put in my Bank User name and password!!!!! Very fast. Quick approval and no prepayment penalty. Pleased with loan.
My first loan was a little tricky for me not to good with electronic stuff, but the second one was very easy and fast to get through, with not having great credit it was nice some one would give me a second chance
