Well, the loan was easy to get but I would think twice about taking another loan at the interest rate of *****% on a $500 loan.

I got a letter of pre-approval, but that doesn't always mean you are gonna be approved. Well I filled out the application and I'll be damned. The interest rate was higher than two of my other loans but not as high as the one I'll be paying off with it so Ca-ching! I'll be saving money. Thanks Personify

I received a approval email , but needed more documents to verify my identity which I sent. I call numerous of time and every time I got different instructions on the next thing I needed to do. Had to start a whole new application and that means a whole new inquiry on my credit report. My second second attempt for the application hasnt got past the bank verified system and it been two weeks. Personify kept sending me pre-approval loan letter, and i just ignored it and now that i need money i tried and they approved me very quickly! Thank you Personify !
For once, an honest sub-prime lender. They clearly disclose the full rate and total payments. I first received a loan three months ago, and after paying on time, they offered more funds at a lower rate. I would recommend them to anyone who has had past problems and a credit score <700.

Called for assistance with my account asking to defer 1 payment till the end due to being unemployed and being a customer for over 2 years and was told no. Would not give any explanation as to why just stated I was not eligible for any assistance. Stay clear of them they are in business to make money and they do not assist their customers in a time if need.
