I think Personify Financial is the most proficient business institute I have ever had the privilege of using. On top of it being the fastest loan processor I have ever encountered via online service.
Horrible company, mistakingly took out a loan with them while being laid off to pay credit card off and didnt realize they charge 98% interest! This should be illegal! I called in December and recived a payoff of 1800, and 30 days later after making payments of over 300 payoff went up over a 100!! Thats crazy they obviuosly prey on people in need #STAYAWAYFROMTHESECROOKS
I was able to get a loan from Personify without having to pay the outrageously high monthly payments & unlike other places you're not paying three times the amount borrowed
I came to Personify simply because I was tired of the "pay-day loan" system. Sure I have had some financial set backs in the past, but that did not disqualify me. I received a loan with a low interest rate, and the amount of money I needed. My financial future looks brighter!! Thanks Personify.
Aside from the simply outrageous interest rate, Personify literally saved my sanity when I lost my travel business during Covid. Their process is clean, simple, and promptly funded.
I have emailed them 3 times in 3 weeks, asking when my loan began and when it will end. Something very simple. I received a computer response stating it would take 2 business days to get a response. Never received a response. Have sent 2 more emails and havent received a response. I need to know this information. I was informed in the beginning I would be paying it off in 4 years. And its been 4 years. I cant even find the CEO information. What are they hiding? Will never reccomend them.
I receive multiple spam calls and voicemails a day from Personify financial telling me I can make payments online etc etc and I do not now nor have I EVER had an account with them or interacted with the company in any way. Total junk calls and it's super annoying, unnecessary, and over the top.
Interest rate is high but service has been great so far. This really helped in a tight situation.
Been several weeks and too many phone calls and emails and no one has followed up to help in a most simple matter. Rude and incompetent. Steer clear.
