On Christmas night, our Lab bit our Yorkie. I was frantic! We live in New Bern. Our closest pet ER is in Havelock but they wouldn’t answer their phone. My daughter looked up this clinic so we made the trek w/ our injured dog. All i can say other than THANK YOU, is that the whole staff was so kind, understood my worry, & took such good care of my dog. Dr. Jones was absolutely wonderful; i could tell immediately he genuinely cared for my dog, was so knowledgeable, & took excellent care of Lily. I can never THANK him enough!!!!... read more
I had to take my dog there last night to get some help after he ate a bunch of xylitol gum. Everyone was so helpful and straightforward with me and they took such good care of him! He got to feeling better and became everybody’s buddy in the office.! Thank you so much for taking care of him!
Had to wait a bit but it is an emergency clinic after all. Dr Parker was very interested and sympathetic towards such an early morning visit. I did get answers and Zoe went home relaxed. I would recommend the Emergency clinic to anyone who cares for their fur babies enough to have them checked on. She was in pain and I had answers. All the staff was great. Recommend 5 ⭐️
They saved my 12 year old labs life and her puppy. Dr Jones is wonderful....along with his staff! I Thank God for people like them..
The staff is friendly. It's bright and clean. I'd take their lobby furniture.
My 10 year old dog had to spend the weekend with the clinic due to pancreatitis and very elevated blood sugar. I cannot express how wonderful the care and concern the staff showed her. Dr. Jones was wonderful, providing constant, reassuring and informative communication with me. I highly recommend this practice.
Words can't describe my gratitude to Points East Vet Specialty Hospital. They have gone above and beyond in making Ginger and I feel comfortable during surgery today. I'm not allowed to see her till morning but they continue to text me pics and call with updates. Such AMAZING people that care so very much about the animals that they care for and mend. BIG BIG shout out to Dr. Sonja, she's incredibly knowledgeable, patience to no end, board certified and did her residency at NC State! I LOVE YOU ALL!
When I had to bring my 19 year old cat in that was near death, I was an absolute wreck. The staff, particularly, Dr. Parker were phenomenal in making sure they did everything to say my lil man, Charlie's life. I am happy to say that because of their attentiveness & Dr. Parker's abilities, my Charlie is on my lap right now purring up a storm. My only complaint is that I can't have Dr. Parker as my full time vet. This is a top notch practice that will care for your pet as if it were their own. If you ever have the misfort... read more
