We have never needed emergency pet services before, but two of our dogs got into a knockdown, drag out fight. One of them needed several stitches, the other a few staples. This place was amazing. The staff was helpful, friendly, nonjudgmental, efficient, and thorough. Everything was explained clearly and precisely in advance and comprehensive notes were sent home with both dogs. The waiting room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and welcoming and the receptionist was helpful, knowledgeable, and outgoing. Every aspect of t... read more
Excellent people. Excellent work. I can’t thank these people enough for what they done for my sweet Apollo ♥️ would highly recommend (but wouldn’t want to have to)
Always kind and caring... have spent way to much time here than I would ever wish, but always have a good experience with he staff
they were very helpful with an emergency citation and wonderful people period‼‼
Thank you for taking care of our sweet Saylor this weekend! You guys were wonderful and so caring.
We had to rush our dog in Thursday night due to breathing issues. We called ahead and Dr. Jones met us at the door, pouring rain, and got our 77lb boy out of the car and rushed him into the clinic. He is our baby, so of course we were a nervous wreck! The staff was very understanding and very helpful with our questions and concerns. They were very quick with diagnosis and a treatment plan. They were very detailed and upfront so there were no surprises or hidden fees. Our boy is now there for night #4, and we can have peace o... read more
From the moment we walked in the door the service was so awesome. The receptionist was extremely helpful, the technician who assisted before the Veterinarian and the Veterinarian were great with our cocker spaniel and very knowledgeable. It is so good to know we have this type of service available for our fur babies when they are not feeling well during your normal Vet’s off hours.
I brought my precious cocker Mollie in on a Saturday night and they took her straight back. My sweet girl was 16 and they did everything they could. I can’t say enough nice things about them. They made an absolute horrible situation as comfortable as they could. I’m still in shock but I’m so thankful for their kindness.
These guys saved my puppy baby's life! So professional and compassionate I love them!
