I don't know where these negative reviews are coming from, but I give Pet Paradise Ballantyne, FIVE Stars! I just BOARDED my two SENIOR Fur-babies for FIVE days, and they received EXCELLENT care. My Yogi is 14 and on prescription meds. He received his meds as directed! I've NEVER left my babies for this length of time and was quite apprehensive. The Manager, Rosemary, went out of her way to reassure me and promised to give them EXTRA attention! My babies even received a "go home" bath! They were happy, calm, and "tuckerd" ou... read more

Petparadise is the best place to leave your dogs or cats. I have left several times my 1 dogs gizmo and ollie and they LOVE IT. The girls are amazing and with a SMILE all the time. Please give Petparadaise a try and you will be satisfied

Pet Paradise could be an awesome pet care and boarding center. It's a great concept and the staff is very nice. The building is very clean and has a ton to offer pet owners. Their struggle is staffing and capacity. If they are able to solve that piece, and it's a big piece, this would easily be a 5 star review. Great experience and the staff is awesome. The only thing was my baby had a bit of tummy upset the day I picked him up but he is also a bit greedy lol and probably ate something he should not have. Otherwise great experience.

I appreciated the correction, and I found the communication over the phone prompter than before. I felt the experience was much better, and I know the place itself is a great time for my pup. I will be back again. I wanted to update my review to reflect the positive changes. Thank you!

Awesome place with an awesome staff. The Vet dept. was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place, your fur babies will love it and you will love how well they take care of them.

I think these folks love my mutt as much as I do! High marks and gratitude for the cameras which I troll across a points during the day. My Lucy isn't coddled- I get to se her running and playing with the pack- just like a dog should be able to do regardless of my work schedule!

I love Pet Paradise, Ballantyne, SC! My little Yorkie, Beau, has become too attached to us during this pandemic. I can send him to PPB for daycare where he can play with other dogs and have safe time away from us. Constantine was so kind to Beau and helped him get acclimated and comfortable. I don't have to worry about Beau getting out at Pet Paradise as everything is safely contained. Reservations and check in are easy, the staff is fabulous and the place is very clean. We have been sending our 3 labs to Pet Paradise for a couple of months. Every time my dogs come home they are exhausted and they have the best time when they are there. The staff is great and when we boarded 2 of our dogs a few weeks ago they called us right away when they knew something was wrong with her so we were able to bring her to the vet. The staff called us a couple of times to check on her which means a lot. Highly recommend!
