DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! THEY DON'T CARE. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. After picking up my dog after a weeks stay she was very sick and weak. She clearly has not been eating has had no energy for the past 4 days now, and very bad diarrhea. This place didn't look after my dog at all just collected money. I even filled out the survey they sent me and not a word to check on my dog. DON'T USE THIS PLACE!!!!

I have always gone to the Pet Paradise Airport location for 5 years & LOVED it but due to full capacity there, I boarded my dog @ Pet Paradise Ballantyne for a weekend & was very disappointed. The whole experience seemed very unorganized & for $53/night, I'd expect MUCH more. I have several issues that I voiced via email to the business after the stay but no response. I started my puppy at Pet Paradise for day care as soon as he was old enough to attend (12 weeks old) He is a high energy breed, and especially with being a puppy, I was thrilled to find somewhere to send him while I was at work so he could socialize and get his energy out. I loved the idea of the cameras and being able to check in and watch him running around and having a great time. I strongly don't recommend this Ballantyne location!!! They kept my dog in the kennel the whole day and let her out for 10 min!!! Why in the hell they call this a "day Camp"?? I was watch the camera the entire time... that's why I know! Terrible experience and we will never come back to this location!
I would like to start by saying that I love Pet Paradise as a business. I have had wonderful experiences at several other locations: Tallahassee (we love this one!!!), ATL, and CLT airport. Since I am at my parents during COVID, I decided to try a new location since it's recently new and absolutely beautiful on the outside! Unfortunately, we were highly disappointed.
