We have used the airport and Matthews locations for boarding our two lab mix rescues. They both go crazy as soon as we pull up and can't get in fast enough! That's enough to show me they love it there. They come home exhausted from all the play and new sounds and smells. Since our older dog has been diagnosed with cancer, he can't play and run around with the younger one, so we send him here a one or two days a week for day camp. He absolutely loves going. This is definitely the go-to place to bring your fur babies to play. I'm definitely a neurotic dog mom and only accept the highest level of care for my sweet puppy. Riley has the absolute most fun at daycare and really loves all the staff. The other day, she even had to jump up on each one to say "goodbye" before leaving for the day. She runs in the door in the morning and doesn't even know I'm gone for the day because the staff plays with her and she loves all her fur friends. This location is brand new and a great addition to the area! There is an indoor pool and the staff is great. Prices are reasonable compared to others in the area and they do daycare, boarding, and they have an on-site vet staff! It's a great idea to get at least your first day free and it's perfect for a day you are running errands or just need the pups out of the house for in laws or contractors! Free stuff is the best and especially for your dogs!
Checked my dog in last Thursday-Sunday and confirmed day camp. After not seeing her on Webcam after checking several times Thur & Friday morning we called at 11am. While in hold she amazingly appeared. I was told by Regional manager it was her fault for Friday since she had a meeting and didn't do roll call. Lame excuse to me. I spent alot of money sending my dog here. I got a call about my dog having a bad interaction with a puppy. I was shown the video and it was very chaotic with alot of dogs (a few staff was in a corner) Apparently my dog was constantly going after this puppy. From the video it was obvious that the large group of dogs was not properly supervised and I stated this. After three weeks in a row, they canceled appointments raise prices and weren't able to see my dog. I was trying to give this place a try since I just moved the area, but obviously I won't ever go back.

received a call that my dog was acting nervous and growling and snapping at the staff. They wanted me to fly home from Florida and pick her up. I asked if she had been given her anti-anxiety medicine that I gave them and specified the instructions when I dropped her off. After putting me on hold for 10 minutes the manager returned and said that she was not given the meds AT ALL since I left her there. My dog has been going there for over 2 years. Now all of sudden they are saying he can't play with other dogs and nipped at a staff member. I find that very hard to believe. The staff in the back are young kids who could care less about the dogs, kicking and kneeing them. Everyone has always loved our dog and now he is a problem, I think it is the other way around since they can't keep staff. My son even tried working there and the manager was doing drugs in the bathroom.

Before taking your beloved pet here, find another business who actually cares about your pet and you as its owner. This place literally left my sweet dog in the kennel for over a week sick without so much as a phone call or having their on-site vet staff look at him.
