Took care of my dog aggressive baby with such care and attention. She's an anxiety dog, and she seemed so happy and energized when I returned, almost like she didn't want to leave!! my baby will never stay anywhere else!

Very clean. At checkout, I expressed concern that despite keeping an eye on all 6 yard cameras, and her rm, I only saw my 8 mo boxer pup at play once. I had the vip suite w camera n patio... from pool camera I could see my pup out barking 90% of the time... we boarded our pup to give her an away from home experience, but if she could speak she would have said "nope, not happening for me!" The manager showed an honest interest in looking into my concern.​

I love pet paradise!! They always on they one and twos and gone take good care of your pet! Rocky (my dog) has been with them for three years 2 in Charlotte NC and one in Greenville SC! There wellness plan is the truth btw!! Will continue to be a loyal customer to them! Also I love there boarding as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Pet paradise always does a great job taking care of our sweet Sandy! Can't be happier with the service and professionalism of this place. They even featured her on their Instagram when she lost a tooth!

This place is amazing. They send you daily report cards on your fur babies. They have so many options and packages for your baby to have a good time. The staff always knows who we are before we even check in. They also have a points system that allows for you to get some freebies. I would highly recommend this place.

Best for grooming,daycare, boarding, and vet services. They also take cats. If you go to the website you are able to book reservations and cancel reservations. I would highly recommend pet Paradise for all furry friends.

Oh my gosh! This place is amazing. We took our newly adopted baby to Pet Paradise to have a play day and to check out the boarding facilities. She was a little nervous at first, but after about 10 minutes she was a part of the gang! She had water play and lots of fun with her new friends. The staff was awesome too! They gave her attention and love and a full report to mom upon pickup. The boarding facilities were clean and well kept as well!

Our boy Enzo just had his 3rd visit to this wonderful world of Pet Paradise. His first visits were for boarding. Watching him on the live webcam we could see why he enjoys his stays!! There is always someone in the play area giving the furry babies, both large and small, extra TLC. We had them do his grooming and his nails were NOT sharp/rough but nice and smooth. No more scratching up my legs on the ride home. This is a BIG plus. Enzo knows when he arrives at a Pet Paradise and cannot wait to walk thru the front gate. Man... read more

My dog loved it here! I watched the web cam and was so impressed. The staff gave each dog attention during playtime. Also the place is so clean- if pet potties during playtime it's cleaned up immediately! We also had grooming during his stay and he looked fabulous when I picked him up!
