Pet Paradise Resort has gone above and beyond for my fur babies. They have a wonderful cat condo area. Also, my Shih Tzu has medical needs, which Pet Paradise has gone above and beyond to help me manage her issues when she needs to be boarded. I love the "Fur connection," added service, which provides daily report cards with pictures. Another bonus is that they have a vet on site for any emergency needs. I would recommend this resort to any pet owner. A++++

We visited a few different doggy day cares to check out the facilities we liked best, and Pet Paradise was by far the nicest and cleanest of them all! They have several different outdoor play areas, including an in-ground dog pool and splash pad. The staff is very friendly and loving towards our dog, Misty, which makes us feel at ease leaving her there.

We have been going one place for it we took the chance on this place and boy were glad we did. Our dogs love it. One. We've been there twice in three days and can't wait for excuse to let the boys come back. Give them a tryWe highly recommend them

This place is awesome! From the cleanliness to the friendliness, I was very impressed. I felt very comfortable leaving my puppy there, eventhough he's so rambunctious, the staff showed that they could handle him. I will continue to use them.

Made online reservations for our dog for 1 night at Pet Paradise and everything from making the reservation to the stay was great. Our dog seem to really like the facility. They have a large outdoor play area with a pool. The suites have indoor and outdoor rooms. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They also have long opening hours which is very helpful. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have never really had a problem with New Day until the other day. I love Dr Haas! I think she's great! Let me start by saying that I used to be a veterinary technician. I also have a friend who works at another corporate run veterinary clinic and considering how we are 'old school', we compare notes with how things are done now. I dropped off a fecal sample recently and was shot when I was charged $47... I was told I would be notified if it was positive... My dog is on a few medications and she obviously did not get them as directed. When we picked her up, first thing she did was urinate a a big puddle of dark bloody urine. This is a sign for her that she did not receive 2 of her medications as she was suppose to. I'm very disappointed because I have boarded my dog at another Pet Paradise and had a wonderful experience. I will NOT be bringing my fur baby back here.

if your dog can't have to take medicine, t his is the wrong place. my dog have seizures , his seizures are awful frightening to see. i took my dogs to pet paradise on congaree hoping and praying they would take care of my dog. i put just the right amount of his pills with 3 extra pills just in case they might have dropped one and couldn't find it. i clearly wrote on the pill bag, and also it's on the bottle of pills. 3 pills every 12 hours. when i picked my dog up it was so many pills left in the bottle. when i ask t... read more
